Due to a number of orders arriving at once our stock has been depleted. Lead time for a single helmet is approximately two weeks.
No painted helmets are kept in stock as color selection is left to the customer. Painting will add several days to the lead time.

DESCO Classic Style Helmets
Classic helmets can be made to order. Lead time is 30 to 45 days.

DESCO Abalone Helmet
Serial Number 468 Date of Mfg 11/24/10
$5980.00 (price reflects base price of $5350.00 plus installed options)
This helmet is fitted with breastplate loops, a spitcock, and it has the fittings for the communications system installed. Choices for connection of the communications are the commercial jack (historically correct), or two or four pin Marsh marine type pigtail. Once the purchaser makes a connection choice installation will take approximately one day. The helmet finish is high polished.
Note: The wood stand is not included. The stand can be purchased separately.

1- CBE DSL B2 Helmet (Silver)
Due to the cancellation of a special order we have one DSL B-2 Helmet painted Silver. This helmet is being used as a demonstrator. It ha a couple of test dives on it. It was also used to train Ocean Eye on repair & maintenance of the B2. This helmet is being discounted as a demo. A new B2 is $5800.00. We'll sell this demo for $4900.00 FOB Milwaukee.

from tough, hardwearing Polyester Trilaminate material. It has excellent abrasion and puncture resistance. As usual this
suit features vulcanized seams and Neoprene lined boots.

DESCO Gear Bags
DESCO used to offer helmet bags and gear bags. Both items were made by the same supplier. When our supply of helmet bags was exhausted in 2005 we decided not to offer them any more as they didn't sell as well as expected. Since no new helmet bags were being ordered it was decided to drop the gear bags too. The remaining gear bags were placed on a top shelf and more or less forgotten about. Recently during some reconfiguration of space we pulled the gear bags down and inspected them. Other than some dark spots from a combination of dust and humidity they are in very good condition, The vinyl is still in fine shape (no cracking or hardening) and the stitching is solid. We decided rather than let them rot on a shelf we would try and sell them off. They are fine for their intended purpose (as diving gear carriers) or for gym bags, or camping gear.
On the 2004 Specialty Pricelist the large bag listed for $34.00 and the small bag was $28.00. Since they are old new stock and do have some minor cosmetic issues we decided to place them here for sale at $15.00 each. There are eleven of each size available. When these are sold no more will be made. Do note that each bag does have some minor darkening in some spots.

These heavy Blue Vinyl gear bags are designed to be used by divers as dress bags for wet or dry suits, undergarments, or miscellaneous gear. They have soft Black webbing handles and a heavy duty zipper. The DESCO Mark V logo is screen printed in White on a side pouch. The zipper has a D ring on the end so a small padlock can be used to secure it.
